Funk Format, founded by Sasha Biloshitsky, aims to provide an authentic Streetdance experience to people of all abilities, ages and backgrounds.

To give you the most out of your chosen class we tailor our teaching to your exact needs.
We are passionate to teach you more than just moves. We will teach you the origins of Streetdance as well as giving you the opportunity to learn how to move with the music and how to express yourself through dance, rather than have you simply repeating routines.
We are proud to have been featured on the BBC’s Blue Peter series as part of the Urban Playground Team. Even have the badge to prove it.

Entertaining you

We can provide you with choreography and performances.
Our choreography ranges from making your wedding extra special by choreographing your first dance, to big corporate events such as the opening of The Ideal Home Show at Earls Court.

If you would like to book us for a performance we can provide you with shows done by our team of professional dancers, as well as small scale performances by our pupils.
Credits also include artists such as Alesha Dixon, Kylie Minogue and Sean Paul.
